  • Authored “White Paper on SuperCetane Technology” describing an alternative
    biodiesel production method developed by the Canadian Department of Energy
    (CANREN) utilizing petroleum refinery technology.

    SuperCetane White Paper.
  • Established a relationship with North American Bio-Fuels and Cyanotech
    enabling a strategic partnership for algae oil production.

  • Headed Visteon Alternator Inspection machine vision project including
    designing a diffuse LED lighting fixture and demonstration test fixture, and
    developing LabView software vision algorithms for part location and testing
  • Managed 2.0L DaimlerChrysler Balance Shaft Project including project
    quotation, hardware mechanical design, machining and fabrication, and engine
    build of prototype hardware for 2 engines.
  • Responsible for Gantt Chart detailing complete vehicle development program
    for the Indian Motorcycle Project which included the vehicle design and testing,
    and developed the Parts Database for this project.
  • Calibrated 2.5L Rover Freelander Siemens engine control system for emissions
    and power, and programmed vehicle on board diagnostics (OBD2) and spark
    knock functions both in vehicle and on engine dynamometer.
  • Developed 300hp performance 3.5L DaimlerChrysler engine requiring
    hardware procurement, camshaft development, engine machining, fabrication,
    assembly, and DaimlerChrysler electronics calibration on engine dynamometer.
  • Developed 400hp performance 8.0L Dodge cast iron engine requiring
    hardware procurement, engine machining, fabrication, assembly, and
    DaimlerChrysler electronics calibration on engine dynamometer.
  • Developed cylinder head modifications for adaptation of a Lexus cylinder head
    onto a single cylinder AVL test engine for emissions testing.

  • Responsible for the design of lighting, optics, hardware and software
    configurations necessary for the evaluation and implementation of industrial
    machine vision on production lines.
  • Coded customized software applications to accommodate customer specific

    Tambrands, Vistakon (Johnson&Johnson Vision), and Y&S Candies.
  • Authored quotations and engineering documents that provided the customer

    candidates for re-engineering. Specific tasks include baseline workflow analysis
    for Air Space Redesign and Management processes, benchmarking interviews
    and developing and maintaining overall product and service team database.

  • Served as task lead for standardization of client’s construction project
    management processes. Conducted baseline assessment of AEAMB’s
    construction management processes and identified resource requirements and
    costs associated with each process. Proposed a series of process improvement
    recommendations with respect to project controls and opportunities for
    automation. Was also responsible for developing and maintaining project
    methodology and schedule.

  • Assisted team engaged provided strategic advisory services to two U.S. Army
    bases seeking explore enhanced use leasing options in order to maximize use

  • Served on multidisciplinary team involving Real Estate Advisory Services and
    Litigation Support Groups engaged to provide Business Interruption support to
    Client which maintained global operations destroyed in New York’s World Trade
    Center attack. Client sought to recover fixed assets totaling $120m. Verified
    and rationalized Client’s Fixed Asset Ledger (FAL), itemized findings in Fix
    Asset Ledger Review Summary, prepared insurance claim submission
    documents and coordinated and managed the independent review of our
    analysis by our Client’s Insurance Company. Client was awarded 100% of the
    claim amount.

  • Served on Operations and Construction Advisory Services Team retained to
    provide Interim Project Management Oversight to Client’s $1.2 billion combined
    cycle power plant venture. Performed Project Control functions designed to limit
    Client exposure and maximize contractor performance and workflow. Re-
    engineered and managed Client’s vendor payment processes, assisted with re-
    calculation of project baseline estimate and re-structured, implemented and
    managed project backcharge program.

  • Served on Construction Project Management Oversight Team engaged to
    provide cost and schedule oversight to Client’s $1.0 billion expansion program.
    Managed compilation of the Executive Speed Report which tracked progress of
    over 35 construction projects worldwide, maintained program cash flow
    projections, invoiced to date, change orders, scheduled milestone status and
    project critical issues.
